These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between the vip23 platform and its users. By using the platform, you agree to all the terms set out below.

General Provisions

1.1 Introduction

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on vip23 and use its gaming services. We strictly prevent underage gaming. Providing false age information at registration will result in immediate account closure, and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled. Members of the same household may have separate accounts even if they share a device or IP address, but accounts may be reviewed if suspicious activity is detected.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account, including:

  • Your real name (as per your National ID card)
  • An active mobile number
  • A valid email address
  • Date of birth

Providing incorrect information may delay account verification or result in account suspension. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the vip23 support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Identity Verification

vip23 reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or awarding a bonus:

  • A clear photo of your National ID card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of ownership of your mobile banking account
  • Proof of residential address if required

3.2 Unverified Accounts

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete. vip23 reserves the right to suspend any transaction until the required documents are received.

All documents you submit are kept secure via SSL encryption and are used solely for verification purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

Funds can be deposited on vip23 using the following payment methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
  • Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
  • Bank Transfer — via various banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours
  • Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified payment methods
  • The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same (where applicable)

4.3 Processing Time

After a withdrawal request is accepted, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Delays may occur if the account is not verified or if additional information is required.

Ensure the required wagering requirement is met before completing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests with incomplete wagering may be cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at vip23 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once
  • Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash
  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time (unless specifically stated)
  • Wagering must be completed within the set time limit after the bonus is received
  • vip23 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious betting patterns

5.4 VIP Program

vip23 has three VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze Tier — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Silver Tier — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Gold Tier — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Keep up regular gaming activity to advance to higher tiers. Members will be notified when their VIP tier changes.

Section 6

Fair Play Policy

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games on vip23 use certified Random Number Generator technology, which ensures that every game outcome is completely unbiased and unpredictable. We work with world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi.

6.2 Collusion Prevention

Colluding with other players in live games, using automated software bots, or gaining any advantage through cheating is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any technical issue occurs during gameplay (disconnection, server error), the relevant round may be considered void and the bet will be returned to the associated account. vip23 reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any display or technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds
  • Playing games via automated bots or software
  • Bonus abuse or exploiting weaknesses in the bonus system
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions
  • Accessing another member's account or attempting to hack
  • Using a false identity or providing false information
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor
  • Threatening or harassing other members

Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on the vip23 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the exclusive property of vip23 or consists of licensed materials belonging to the relevant rights holders.

8.2 Permission to Use

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or transferring any content to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Limitations

vip23 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or internet connectivity. vip23 is not responsible for any losses caused by such interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Services

Our platform uses third-party game providers. These providers may have their own terms and conditions. For payment processing, the terms of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or the relevant bank apply.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

Under no circumstances will vip23 be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our total liability will in no case exceed the amount of the actual deposited funds in the relevant member's account.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 vip23's Rights

vip23 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Failure to verify the account
  • Direction from law enforcement authorities
  • Prolonged inactivity on the account

10.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Before the account is closed, the actual deposited funds in your account will be refunded; however, bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11.1 Age Restriction
